Marketing and sales

How a business steadily attracts clients and grows revenue: client, offer, sales, service, system.

Module program

Day 1

Marketing without chaos: who your customer is and why they should buy from you

The painThe entrepreneur runs ads, keeps up social media and talks about the product, yet customers do not grasp its value, do not respond or choose competitors instead.

  • What marketing is, explained in plain words for an entrepreneur;
  • Why a "good product" does not sell itself;
  • Target audience: who your customer is, what their pain is and what they want;
  • Product packaging: how to convey its value in simple language;
  • Common entrepreneur mistakes: selling to everyone, speaking in complicated terms, focusing only on price;
  • Practice of the day (customer profile + product value formula);

The resultThe participant understands who their real customer is, what their pain is, why they need the product, and how to talk about the business's value in simple, clear language.

Day 2

Product line and offer: how to craft an offer people want to buy

The painThere is a product, a service and experience, but the offer sounds vague: the customer sees no concrete result and postpones the purchase.

  • What an offer is and why it matters more than pretty advertising;
  • The formula of a strong offer: product + result + benefit + trust;
  • Product line: entry product, core product, premium product;
  • How to raise the average check without aggressive selling;
  • USP (unique selling proposition): how you differ from competitors;
  • Practice of the day (building an offer for your own product or service);

The resultThe participant builds a clear offer: what we sell, to whom, what result we deliver, and why one should buy right now and specifically from us.

Day 3

B2B and B2C sales: how to sell more easily, steadily and without inner resistance

The painSales depend on mood, chance or personal talent. The entrepreneur or manager is afraid to sell, gets lost when facing objections and fails to bring the customer to a decision.

  • The difference between B2B and B2C sales;
  • The stages of a sale: contact, need, presentation, objections, closing;
  • How to ask the customer the right questions;
  • How to present a product through benefits rather than features;
  • Typical objections: "too expensive", "I'll think about it", "not now", "I need to consult someone";
  • Practice of the day (a conversation script for talking with a customer);

The resultThe participant gains a sales structure: how to start the conversation, uncover the need, present the product, handle objections and gently move the customer to the next step.

Day 4

Service and repeat sales: how to make customers come back

The painCustomers come once and disappear. The business constantly spends effort acquiring new customers but never builds retention, referrals and repeat purchases.

  • Customer-centric service: what it means in a real business;
  • The customer journey: from the first touchpoint to the repeat purchase;
  • Why a customer leaves even when the product is good;
  • Repeat sales, upselling and referrals;
  • How to collect feedback and turn it into business improvement;
  • Practice of the day (a customer journey map);

The resultThe participant sees the customer journey, finds the points where money is lost and understands how to strengthen service, trust, repeat sales and referrals.

Day 5

A sales system: team, scripts, AI and result control

The painSales rest on the owner or a single strong employee. There is no unified system, no scripts, no control, no team training and no clear metrics.

  • How to build a sales department even in a small business;
  • Scripts, checklists and regulations: what is a must-have;
  • Training managers: how to quickly onboard new employees into sales;
  • Motivating salespeople: material and non-material;
  • AI in marketing and sales: copy, offers, scripts, customer analysis, content ideas;
  • Practice of the day (a mini sales system for your own business);

The resultThe participant assembles a basic sales system: who sells, by what logic, what they say to the customer, how they record the result, how they bring in AI and how they improve the metrics.
